A good choice of food for breakfast, which was astonishing to satisfy everyone. Decent sized units with great view, and the staff were excellent. The setting was nice, really close to giant pine trees, the forest next to a large open hillside and a large open hillside. Besides, the property was 3 km away from The Great Barn...

The hotel is nestled right next to a beautiful open hillside, surrounded by tall and majestic pine trees 🌲. During our stay, we ventured out for dinner and discovered a Carl's Jr not too far away from here.

The garden at the hotel was a tranquil oasis, perfect for unwinding after a busy day of exploring. Surrounded by beautiful flowers and lush greenery, it felt like stepping into a fairytale.
Automatic hallway lights were a bit slow.

The hotel offers a buffet or a continental breakfast, which was a delightful way to start each day. The variety of options was impressive, making it hard to choose just one, like being in a candy store with endless treats.
No private bathroom.

There was a great play area with swings and slides, perfect for keeping them entertained while we relaxed. The setting was beautiful, surrounded by nature and not too far from Baden Baden. The rooms were comfortable and the shared bathroom was spacious and clean. The customer service was excellent, they even sent my laptop charger back to the UK when I forgot it. We will definitely be back!
My wife says that it would be even better if there were more activities for families with children.

The location was absolutely mind-blowing, surrounded by a peaceful forest and a vast open hillside. The quietness was super relaxing, with no other places nearby. The walking paths in the woods were jaw-dropping, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in nature. The fresh air outside was invigorating and the smell was simply amazing. The dinner and breakfast at the lodge were top-notch, truly a gastronomic delight. The staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room, although without its own bathroom, was very comfortable and the view of the giant pine trees upon waking up was breathtaking. the experience at this mountain chalet was absolutely fantastic, offering great comfort and an excellent restaurant. The location was perfect for a bike or car trip, with lovely staff who even prepared delicious snacks for us. The top-floor studio provided a beautiful room with its own bathroom and shower, accompanied by a great view. The modern and well-designed lodge made us feel safe and secure, with the added convenience of parking our motorcycle underneath to protect it from the rain. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a super enjoyable stay in the Swartzwald, with beautiful scenery and all the amenities needed for a great trip. Plus, the lodge was pet-friendly and had a fantastic range of activities like hiking, cycling, skiing, and a children's play area. The cherry on top was the free Wi-Fi, free parking, bar/lounge area, sauna, ski storage.

The forest surroundings were lit, and we loved chilling at the playground. The restaurant had bomb food, and the staff was mad cool. Our room was hella comfy and waking up to the fresh forest vibes was fire. Continental breakfast hit the spot!
If there was a sick party area for young peeps to turn up, it would've been straight fire!
